Great formation wallpaper of a pair of F-16s, an EA-6B, and a B-52 Bomber. I so wish I was flying one of those F-16s.I'm still working on that book I mentioned. I think it's going to be pretty cool.

One of the best views from an airplane is out the back of a refueler. Check out the B-52 bomber catching some fuel. I'd love to go on one of these missions.
Here' s the B-52 Bomber (otherwise known as the BUFF) catching some fuel. Like the energizer bunny, these bombers just keep going and going.
Here's a shot you don't see often. A B-52 Bomber in formation with F-18Cs over the Nimitz carrier. They were probably playing war games and the B-52 got intercepted (as usual).
Here's a rare photo of the B-52 bomber cockpit. In case you didn't know, this bomber has eight engines and that means eight sets of engine dials and throttles.
I'm back!Last months I didn't have much time to post on the blog due to examinations. It’s getting warmer which means the airshow season is approaching. The first airshow I will visit is at Leeuwarden, the Netherlands the 21th of June. I secretly hope to see one of these jumbo-bombers pass by… Keep on dreaming, I guess…
Nice shot here of a B-52 being escorted by three Royal Australian F-18C's. The shot comes from a joint exercise called Green Lightning.
Here's a B-52H model "Memphis Belle IV that was sitting on the ramp. I like nose art and always enjoy looking at the details of an aircraft upclose.
The B-52 Bomber is always a star performer at airshows. You can see the huge plumes of black smoke miles away before it makes a pass and the anticipation is electric.
This shot lets you come for a ride in USAF B-52 bomber. Check out the eight rows of systems/engine gauges! It's a great angle to also check out the perspective a pilot sees when refueling.
